convenient location, great rooms

I appreciated that the hotel was VERY clean. it provided a pleasant atmosphere. i also liked the convenient location and the amenities. the room included a kitchenette. It really helped with preparing meals. The pool area looked inviting, though i did not use it.
the only real downside was the timeshare sales pitch. the staff seemed very pushy. i found it a bit uncomfortable and annoying. i wish they weren't so insistent on getting me to attend the presentation.

the room featured a king-sized bed and a separate seating area with a sofa bed. the kitchenette was equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. there was also a spacious bathroom with TWO separate sinks.

The hotel offers a marketplace with a selection of food and drinks. the bar at the pool served meals. i saw some guests enjoying cocktails. It looked refreshing after a long day.

The staff was generally helpful and friendly. i used the text concierge. It was very convenient to get assistance. the check-in process was smooth. I received prompt attention at the front desk.

I had issues with the lack of prompt service. the front desk seemed understaffed. A long queue meant waiting almost 40 minutes just to check in. getting extra water bottles involved a trip downstairs, a real inconvenience. the duty manager seemed rather rude when i asked her to speed things up.

The room had a washing machine and a dishwasher, very convenient! I also found the complimentary bottles of water quite nice. The pool area looked beautiful. I think it was well kept.
The hotel is located a bit far from the main attractions.

i did like that you could get a five dollar breakfast sandwich in the market place store.
The toilet made an annoying, loud noise with continuous running water. i told the front desk a couple of times, but nobody ever came to look at it. It was awful.
